Austin Knott
STaff Therapist, LCSW
(Pronouns: She/Her/Hers)
I’m Austin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist. I love working with millennials and Gen Z who are navigating that weird, in-between phase of life—where you’re no longer in school, but also not quite feeling like a “real adult” yet. A lot of my clients are thoughtful, driven, and self-aware, but still find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, or feeling like they’re falling short. I also have a soft spot for newly licensed and recent grads in the helping professions who are figuring out how to show up confidently in their work while managing the pressure behind the scenes.
My style is pretty laid-back and collaborative—we’ll talk, process, reflect, and make sense of patterns together rather than just jumping to quick fixes. I really believe that the relationship we build matters, so I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and like you can actually be yourself.
Therapy with me is warm, real, down to earth, and sometimes even a little funny—because doing the work doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical to be meaningful. If you're interested in learning more, shoot me a message and we can chat and find out if we're a good fit!
