After school, evening and weekend appointments are available both in-person and via telehealth.
PAYMENT + INSURANCE
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO plans in most states and will bill this insurance on your behalf. While we are not in network with BCBS HMO plans, many plans offer 50% reimbursement for out of network services, and we can provide the superbill for this direct reimbursement. We are pending acceptance into Quartz insurance in WI.
We also provide superbills and statements with appropriate codes if you would like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement directly from your carrier.
